Are pets allowed?
While we love animals we have chosen to be a pet-free hotel in order to respect all guest’s allergies.
Can I smoke or vape at the hotel?
We do not allow smoking, vaping, or marijuana use on-site.
How do I access the hotel?
Once your booking is processed you will receive a 4 digit code for the main door of the hotel; sent to you via email and/or SMS text.
How do I send in requests to guest services?
You can visit the Guest Services app on your in-room Apple TV and select the request type you are looking for.
What is there to do in the local area?
There is a wide variety of activities to do in the local area. We have curated a special list of activities in the Experiences app on your in-room Apple TV.
When is check-in?
Check-in is at 3 PM on the day of arrival. Please note due to our extensive sanitization procedure for all rooms we are unable to guarantee early check-in for any of our guests.
Can I check-in early?
We do not offer early check-in due to our extensive cleaning procedures and time required for room turnover however, you may stop by if you arrive early and check with the staff to see if your room is prepared. Check-in is 3 PM.
When is check-out?
Check-out is at 10 AM on the day of departure. Please gather all belongings and depart by 10 AM as our housekeeping staff need time to have the rooms cleaned for the next guests.
How do I check-out?
To check-out, please visit the Guest Services app on your in-room Apple TV and press Checkout.
